2008 Midwest Waterfowl Outfitters Deposit and Payment Policy

I have changed our deposit policy for 2008, please contact me if you have any questions.

Deposit - Due within two weeks of booking the hunt and is 1/2 the total cost of the hunt.
 
All deposits are non-refundable unless I can book the date with another party.  If you change the number of hunters in the party before final payment is due the deposit

Final Payment - Final payment for Spring Snow Goose hunts is due One month prior to the first day of your hunt, sorry for this change.  It just makes it easier for everyone and can accept Credit Cards if you wish.

Deposits and Final Payments Refunds - I will handle this case by case, but my policy is if you book X number of hunters and you show up with less your refund payment will not be refunded.  If the final payment is still due you may not apply the deposit for the missing hunters to the final payment.
