Deposit and Payment Policy

2010 Midwest Waterfowl Outfitters Deposit and Payment Policy

I have changed our deposit policy for 2010, please contact me if you have any questions.

Deposit - Due within two weeks of booking the hunt and is 1/2 the total cost of the hunt.

All deposits are non-refundable unless I can book the date with another party.  If you change the number of hunters in the party before final payment is due the deposit for the now empty spots is forefited unless I can fill those seats.  This does not apply for groups of 6+ as you have the entire field.

Final Payment - Final payment for Spring Snow Goose hunts is due by Feb. 15th if paying with check, or by cash the first day of your hunt, sorry for this change. 

Deposits and Final Payments Refunds - I will handle this case by case, but my policy is if you book X number of hunters and you show up with less your refund payment will not be refunded.  If the final payment is still due you may not apply the deposit for the missing hunters to the final payment.

If your hunt is cancelled due to weather or lack of geese your deposit will be forwarded to the next open date that works for you or carried over till next season.  Any refunds of deposits if I choose to do that will not happen till the end of the season.
